While maintaining a tight schedule and being sensitive to the overall project budget, Scott Builders worked with Butler Manufacturing and Stantec Engineering to deliver this attractive and functional 78,000 sf multi-purpose Exhibition Hall in 11 months! In collaboration with Bennett Architect Inc., Clark Builders provided the City of St. Alberta with a 23,300 sf pre-engineered clear spanning structure with a lean-to building. Clark Builders worked with City representatives to ensure a high level of safety on an active public works yard site.

Butler Builder®, Melewka Structures & Design, thought outside the pre-engineered box, and between their architect and consulting engineer they provided a budget sensitive solution to a Dollarama retail store. Not only did this building deliver high on curb appeal, it also met a tight building schedule and stringent new national energy code requirements.

In collaboration with Stantec, Clark Builders supplied and installed this 83,700 sf Behlen building for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. The structure included Lafarge pre-cast wall panels and a Metl Span roof and wall panel system – built to endure the most rugged requirements. The structure has the capacity to house 80 buses to serve the community.
