“Never satisfied until good is better, and better is best!”
Family-owned Fraserway RV has been creating memorable camping experiences for Canadian families. Dedicated to quality products and exceptional customer experiences dates back to 1969 when Erdman Epp, founder of Fraserway RV, started his own RV manufacturing business. Erdman’s motto served as the foundation for a successful and growing RV business: “Never satisfied until good is better, and better is best!”
Country RV engaged Metal Structure Concepts (MSC) to design and build a 23,000 sq. ft. RV dealership located in Lacombe, Alberta, now branded Fraserway RV. The advantage of design-build is the ability to fit the budget and timeline to the project design, while efficiently managing overall construction and supply costs. The RV dealership features a low maintenance standing seam metal roof system, 10 service bays, concrete mezzanine floor, interior block firewall, an 80’ clear span showroom, drive-through canopy, and an attractive decorative rock and stucco exterior with a hipped, dormered, and timber truss finished facade.
MSC provided complete project management from start to finish including all site work, project development, installation of all the concrete, and the building erection. Meeting Fraserway’s expectation of ‘better is best’ was an easy task for MSC. With a proven track record of constructing hundreds of buildings across Western Canada, MSC is with you every step of the way, from design to installation. That level of service, combined with quality craftsmanship, is what sets us apart and is why we have clients that come back to us again and again and again!
Engineered steel buildings are flexible, productive, and attractive!
